TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is an amazing tool for total body strength and conditioning.  In this 60-minute class, Maria will use the TRX, your bodyweight and a few other fun tools to focus on engaging and strengthetning your core muscles.  This training is intended for novices and experienced users of the TRX.  

There are only 10 spots in this class so register today. 

Please wear workout clothing and bring a water bottle. You will sweat, burn calories, AND have a good time!
